Data we collect
This website collects personal data in the following cases:
Contact form
Fields collected: name and email address. Purpose: to reply to the enquiry sent. Legal basis: the user’s consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). The data are transmitted to and processed by Formspree, Inc. (Formspree privacy policy).
Newsletter subscription
Fields collected: email address and, optionally, stage name. Purpose: to send communications about the project 40 Anys de blues a Barcelona. Legal basis: explicit consent by double opt-in (art. 6.1.a GDPR). The data are managed through Brevo SAS (Brevo privacy policy). You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every communication.
Musicians’ register
Fields collected: stage name and email address. Purpose: to verify the identity of the musicians who appear in the project and to send them exclusive communications. Legal basis: explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). The data are managed through Brevo SAS.
Communications to participating musicians
On the occasion of the presentation of the book and of the exhibition “40 Anys de blues a Barcelona”, we send a single informative email to the people portrayed in it. Legal basis: legitimate interest in informing about the very project in which they have taken part (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Every communication includes a one-click unsubscribe link; once unsubscribed, recipients will receive no further emails. Anyone who wishes to keep receiving news may subscribe voluntarily to the newsletter (consent, art. 6.1.a).
Guestbook comments
To leave a comment in the guestbook you need a GitHub account. The comment and the username become public. Comments are managed through Giscus and GitHub. Legal basis: consent upon publishing the comment.
Analytics
This website uses GoatCounter, a statistics system that does not use cookies and processes only aggregated, anonymous data (page visited, country, browser). No individual user can be identified.

The website’s typefaces (Merriweather, Source Sans 3 and Caveat) are served from this same domain. No request is made to Google Fonts or to any other external service in order to load them.
Data retention
Contact data are kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry. Subscription data are kept for as long as the subscription remains active. Guestbook comments are kept for as long as they are published.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
